מבוא

LegalDan PDF Editor ("האפליקציה"), פותחה ומופעלת על ידי LegalDan Software ("אנחנו"). מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד אנו מטפלים במידע כאשר אתם משתמשים באפליקציה שלנו.

            כל עיבוד ה-PDF מתבצע במלואו על המכשיר שלכם. מסמכים לעולם אינם מועלים לשרתים חיצוניים.
        

מידע שאנחנו לא אוספים

האפליקציה תוכננה בגישת פרטיות מלאה. אנחנו לא אוספים:

✗תוכן מסמכים או קבצי PDF

✗נתוני מיקום

✗אנשי קשר, תמונות או קבצים שלא בחרתם במפורש

✗נתוני פרסום או מעקב

✗ניתוח שימוש (analytics) של צד שלישי

הרשאות האפליקציה

האפליקציה עשויה לבקש את ההרשאות הבאות:

📷מצלמה — לסריקת מסמכים בלבד. התמונות מעובדות מקומית ולעולם אינן נשלחות לשרת.

📁אחסון / גלריה — לבחירת קבצי PDF ותמונות לעיבוד, ולשמירת קבצים מוגמרים.

אחסון מקומי במכשיר

האפליקציה מאחסנת את הנתונים הבאים באופן מקומי בלבד:

🔐סטטוס רכישה — רשומה מוצפנת (AES-CBC) של מצב המנוי.

⚙️העדפות — שפה (10 שפות נתמכות), ערכת נושא, והגדרות תצוגה.

✍️חתימות — חתימות דיגיטליות שיצרתם, מאוחסנות מקומית בלבד.

⏱️מונה שימוש — חותמת זמן של שימוש אחרון בכל פיצ'ר (לניהול מכסת שימוש חינמי). לא נשלח לשום שרת.

📲מזהה התקנה (Referrer) — אם התקנתם דרך קישור שיווקי, מזהה המשווק נשמר מקומית לצורך ייחוס עמלות. לא כולל מידע אישי עליכם.

נתונים אלה נשארים על המכשיר שלכם ואינם נגישים לנו או לצד שלישי.

מזהי מכשיר — שימוש לאבטחה בלבד

האפליקציה קוראת מזהי חומרה בסיסיים (דגם המכשיר, יצרן, מזהה מערכת) אך ורק לצורך:

🔑יצירת מפתח הצפנה ייחודי למכשיר — להגנה על נתוני הרכישה שלכם.

🛡️קישור רכישות למכשיר — למניעת העתקה לא מורשית של מנויים.

מזהים אלה לא נשלחים לשום שרת. הם משמשים אך ורק לחישוב מקומי על המכשיר.

שירותי צד שלישי

האפליקציה משתמשת בשירותי צד שלישי הבאים:

EmailJS	שליחת הודעות מטופס "צור קשר"	שם, אימייל וטקסט ההודעה שמילאתם בטופס — רק אם בחרתם לשלוח.

האפליקציה אינה משלבת שירותי אנליטיקה, פרסום או מעקב.

רכישות בתוך האפליקציה

האפליקציה מציעה מנויים (חודשי / שנתי) דרך Google Play ו-App Store. כל עיבוד התשלומים מתבצע על ידי Google או Apple. אנחנו לא מקבלים, מעבדים או מאחסנים מידע על אמצעי תשלום.

האפליקציה אינה אוספת ביודעין מידע מילדים מתחת לגיל 13. מכיוון שאנו לא אוספים נתונים אישיים ואין באפליקציה תוכן שאינו מתאים, היא בטוחה לכל הגילאים.

שינויים במדיניות

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. כל שינוי יפורסם בדף זה עם תאריך עדכון חדש.

Introduction

LegalDan PDF Editor ("the App") is developed and operated by LegalDan Software ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

            All PDF processing is performed entirely on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to external servers.
        

Information We Do Not Collect

Our App is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect:

✗Document contents or PDF files

✗Location data

✗Contacts, photos, or files you have not explicitly selected

✗Advertising or tracking data

✗Third-party analytics

App Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

📷Camera — Used solely for document scanning. Photos are processed locally and are never sent to any server.

📁Storage / Gallery — To select PDF files and images for processing, and to save finished files.

On-Device Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

🔐Purchase status — An AES-CBC encrypted record of your subscription status.

⚙️Preferences — Language (10 supported languages), theme, and display settings.

✍️Signatures — Digital signatures you create are stored locally only.

⏱️Usage counter — Timestamp of last use per feature (for managing free-tier limits). Never sent to any server.

📲Install referrer — If you installed via an affiliate link, the marketer ID is stored locally for commission attribution. It contains no personal information about you.

This data remains on your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Device Identifiers — Security Use Only

The App reads basic hardware identifiers (device model, manufacturer, system ID) solely for:

🔑Generating a device-unique encryption key — to protect your purchase data.

🛡️Binding purchases to your device — to prevent unauthorized copying of subscriptions.

These identifiers are never sent to any server. They are used exclusively for local computation on the device.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

The App does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

In-App Purchases

The App offers subscriptions (monthly / yearly) through Google Play and the App Store. All payment processing is handled by Google or Apple. We do not receive, process, or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy
